• Before shipping your order, the seller may request ID proof or address proof to verify ownership of the payment instrument.
ORDER CANCELLATION
• Orders can be canceled anytime before dispatch.
• Once out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
• The cancellation window varies by category, cancellations beyond this period may incur a fee.
• Cancellation details are mentioned on the product or order confirmation page.
• If the seller cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
• The company reserves the right to accept, modify, or waive off cancellation policies at its discretion.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered, except under the following conditions:
• The order was not delivered within the estimated time.
• The order was not picked by the Delivery Partner.
• The seller canceled the order due to reasons beyond your control.
• We may cancel your order due to:

• Logistical constraints.
• If we cancel your order:
• No charges will be applied.
• Any payment already made will be refunded within 7-15 business days.
