Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY
• Returns is a scheme provided by company directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by the Company to you.
• All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
• For all products, the returns replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
• Do refer to the respective item's applicable return replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below.

• Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
Category, Return Window, and Actions Possible
• To help resolve product issues, we may troubleshoot through online tools, over the phone, or in-person technical visits.
• If a defect is found within the Returns Window, a refund or replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
• If no defect is confirmed within 5 days of delivery, no replacement will be provided.
• Only one replacement is allowed.
• Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in a defective/damaged condition or is different from the ordered item.
 REPLACEMENT ONLY
• Issues may be troubleshot through online tools, over the phone, or through an in-person technical visit.
• If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no extra cost.
• If no defect is confirmed within 5 days of delivery, parts will not be replaced.
• Only one replacement is allowed.
• Exceptions covered under this policy (validated within 5 days of delivery):
• Product undelivered
• Product accessories missing
