This page explains the basis on which we publish product information on [www.agispares.com] (the "Platform"), and the limits of our responsibility. Please read it together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

1. Product information and specifications

We take care to publish accurate part numbers, specifications, images and compatibility details, compiled from manufacturer documentation. Even so:

•     Part numbers and specifications are provided for reference and guidance. Manufacturers revise, supersede and withdraw them without notice.

•     Dimensions, weights and capacities are nominal and subject to change.

•     Images are indicative. The item supplied may differ in appearance, finish or packaging from the image shown. The specification stated on the product page and on the invoice is what governs.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will at all times be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of error, and we may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

2. Checking that a part fits your machine

Spare parts for aerial work platforms are machine-specific. The correct part depends on the model, the serial number, the year of manufacture and the configuration of the individual unit.

Please confirm that a part suits your machine before ordering, using the machine's serial number and the manufacturer's parts documentation. If you are not certain, send us the machine model, serial number and the fault you are seeing, and we will help you identify the right part we would much rather do that than have you receive the wrong item.

Any guidance we provide is given in good faith on the basis of the information you supply. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer's documentation or for professional engineering advice, and responsibility for confirming fitment rests with the purchaser.

Parts should be fitted, commissioned and tested by a qualified technician, in accordance with the manufacturer's service manual. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from incorrect selection, incorrect installation, or installation by persons not qualified to carry it out.

3. Brand names, trademarks and part numbers

All brand names, logos, images, model designations and part numbers appearing on the Platform are the registered trademarks and property of their respective owners.

They are used for reference and identification purposes only to identify the products we offer and to describe the machines those products fit. It is not implied that every spare part listed on the Platform is the product of the manufacturer named.

We supply both genuine Original equipment parts and compatible aftermarket parts (OEM), and every product page states which of the two is being offered. Except where we state on the Platform that we are an authorized reseller for a particular brand, no affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the owner of that brand is implied.

4. Warranty

Electrical and electronic products carry an AGI Spares warranty of six (6) months from the date of invoice. All other products carry the warranty extended by the original equipment manufacturer. Clause 11 of our Terms of Use sets out what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices, stock positions and delivery estimates shown on the Platform are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full, as set out in our Terms of Use.

6. Links to other websites

The Platform may link to manufacturer documentation and other third-party resources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the product you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as machine downtime, hire charges, site delays or loss of profit arising from the use of the Platform or of a product purchased through it. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

8. Changes to this page

We update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, so please check it periodically.
